hAve you ever called the sTreamyx help line before?
aPparently, all these 'helpers' know is to tell customers to unplug phone lines, wires, then plug them all in again and restart modems.

aSk them some more specific and techinical questions and you'd a hear a series of "i donno"-s and "wE're not sure"-s.....

i Mean seriously.....
wHat's the use of having a TECHNICAL help-line when all the people you hire to 'HELP' knows SQUAT........

結果, 原本計劃好的星期五、六、日晚上都泡湯......
本來還要與在美國的老哥上網的，結果......
。。。。。。
剛接到家裏打來的電話，說綫已經結上了......現在才結上，不如等多十年啊！？
